PLEASE READ regarding saddlebag support bracket version updates:
- Version 1 support brackets - do NOT work with backrests.
- Version 2 support brackets - have been updated and DO WORK with backrests, but do NOT work with Pursuit models running the electronic preload adjusters.
- Version 3 support brackets - DO work with backrests and DO work with Pursuit models running the electronic preload adjusters.
If you receive a version of the backrest that does not work for you, you will need to contact SandS directly and they will swap them out for the new, updated brackets. You can reach out to SandS customer service by visiting there website: sandscycle.com
Please note this transition from various versions on the bag brackets will take a couple of months to get fully sorted out and phase out the older version brackets. This is COMPLETELY out of our control, but we are happy to point you in the right direction if you need assistance.
