The Powerplus engine models have always had issues with the battery tray holders. This was a massive problem on the earlier ones but even after revisions, they are not much better. This improved design from Droste MFG has solved that, and we are happy to be able to provide them!

Mfg note: A small chunk of foam with single-sided adhesive is recommended to put on the backside of the battery bracket. It is not included due to all batteries being a little different in size and some may require a little thicker foam than others to secure the battery tightly. You may also be able to reuse the foam on your factory bracket depending on battery size.
